How To Select Multiple Bookings for Split Orders

Select a Booking for any Customer included on a Split Order by using the Refresh Prices button prior to settling the Order. This new functionality is now available in Merchant Ag PM version 3.9.0.14 and higher. As Bookings are selected for Customers, any Booking Price set for an item will now be applied appropriately.

 

1. Create a new Order in Access Open Orders and select the primary Customer for the Split Order. Enter the Item(s) and select an available Booking when prompted by clicking "Yes", or delay selection until after splitting the Order by clicking "No". Select and choose the additional Customers and their Percentage for the Split Order.

2. Select Split again and return to the primary Customer. If a Booking is available and not yet chosen, select to receive the Select Booking prompt and choose the Booking. Select F4 to settle the order for the Primary Customer.

 

3. The next Customer on the Split Order opens automatically and is now ready to be settled. Select and if a Booking is available, select "Yes" to apply the sale of the Item to the Booking. Any Booking price set will populate Unit Price automatically.

 

4. Settle the Order and repeat the process of selecting Refresh Prices for all additional Customers on the Split Order.
